Building Construction Analysis (ACO) consist on:
- The comprehensive application over a real model of the building construction systems (structure, enclosure, roofs, vertical communications, doors and windows and finishes), of their functions and their execution systems.
- Analysis, development and implementation of the assembly systems and execution of the rough work.
- Student ́s introduction to the building project as an analysis and concision of the architectural Project from a construction development.

 Is carried out a structural, constructive and installation analysis of: 
The Norman House, 1973. Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. EEUU

This first A1 shows:

- The foundation and the arrangement of porticos and bounded load-bearing walls

-  Slab plants

- General sections with dimensions and vertical and horizontal sanitation network

- Cross section where the elements and sanitation systems that appear are shown, from the water collection to the connection

- Sanitation details referring to facades

- Horizontal and vertical construction sections explaining the meetings and the carpentry

The second A1 shows:

- A complete section based on the construction systems chosen above

- Details sections of a steel carpentry

- Section of a staircase

- The use of different materials will be taken into account

- Pool details

In the third A1 a separate module will be designed to the house and will be connected to it.

Constructive and structural meetings should be resolved and an integrated sanitation network designed.
