Each student, individually, must propose a prefabricated system, according to a programme of uses, that responds to everything previously analysed and studied: material and construction model; always from the point of view of prefabrication, dry assembly, and using sustainability criteria that will be made clear in specific requirements. The latter will be assessed, both from the point of view of production, as well as from the project and execution.
Based on a possible or not, prefabricated module, existing on the market or created by the student, and with the capacity to "grow" and generate an architectural project, a prototype will be developed.

The definition of the sustainable module is requested, setting the production conditions through dimensional control of the shape and geometric modulation. At the same time, a detailed graphical justification of the solutions adopted for the main elements configuring the system and the semi-product type materials used is required. Special emphasis will be placed on the assembly process, on the relationship of the envelope with the support, on the joints, on the natural light capture and solar protection, on the joinery, on the connecting pieces, on the thermal-acoustic response, on its sustainability, adaptability and, in particular, on any detail that sufficiently explains the technical conditions proposed.

Based on the materials and construction systems analysed, a specific dry construction system will be incorporated into the prototype, which will be studied and detailed, defining and resolving all the elements that form part of it: joints, assembly systems, unions, fastenings, etc.

This model will clearly represent the concept of technical optimisation and prefabrication, based on dry assembly and industrialised materials.
